This drink was inspired by David's wife. His pet name for her is Princess, and she's a big pina colada fan. However, she also loves peaches, so David set out to craft a drink that blended the two, and had little of the strong alcoholic flavor. So, he decided to put some peach schnapps into pina colada mix. He also added a little fresh banana, and she loved it. It's extremely smooth, and I'm not sure, but I think it might even be good for you.
So, if you want to know how to make it, here's the recipe.
2 oz. Cream of Coconut
2-3 oz of Pineapple Juice
2 oz of Peach Schnapps
1/2 fresh banana
Combine in a blender with 2 oz of ice, and blend until smooth.
